First crap run in a while, also some food

Today was a crappy running day. I took my psychiatry shelf and wanted to have a nice, relaxing run with Em, but instead it was absolute trash (on my end). We wanted to do a route a little over 10 miles to Fort McHenry and back to school, which is very manageable for me if we go out at a good pace and not too fast. However, the psych shelf ended around noon, so we went out in 90-95 degree humid weather. This was a bad idea. There were about 4 water/air-conditioned stops along the way, but I think that after the first two minutes, I had already sweated out the bottle of water and the bottle of Propel I had drank that morning, as well as the water, Propel, and milk I had drank the night before. I barely made it back and I made Em run the last mile by herself so I could run/walk the rest on my own. :( How discouraging! So I went shopping and bought a dress for 15 dollars and 2 tank tops for 3 dollars each. And then I made mini-turkey burgers:

That is: 95% fat free ground turkey, "rooster" sauce, ketchup, A1 sauce, honey, panko breadcrumbs, cilantro, onions, salt, and pepper. The dipping sauce is ketchup, honey, and Worchestershire sauce. On top is Muenster, the last of the half-pound block of cheese I seem to have eaten in about a week.

After turkey burgers, I got some gelato with a friend, and met up with some people at Brewer's Art. I ate half of Trang's oyster pot pie there :)

Here is a bonus picture! It was when I was making lime tilapia - a double-yolked egg!!!! eeee!
